Plateau is a 2 seater sofa/daybed consisting of an upholstered seat platform supported by a metal under-frame. The aim of this project was to create a less formal and more versatile two seater for the modern home. With its loose cushioning and large, low seating area Plateau affords the user(s) this versatility. The user is not restricted to a single sitting position and has the option to lie, lounge or sit upright with comfort.
